Elements for Life spiced hot chocolate
An amazing spiced hot chocolate – raw Peruvian Criollo cacao powder hand blended in small batches with low GI coconut blossom sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla powder. That’s it… nothing nasty added and definitely no dairy, soy or refined sugar that you find lurking in other hot chocolate drinks. It also comes in a lovely reusable tin. It’s obviously Paleo, gluten free, dairy free and soy free – and it’s suitable for vegans too.
Nutcessity’s Gingerbread spiced almond butter
This is like no almond butter you’ve ever tasted. It’s like Christmas in a jar. It’s so versatile too – from putting onto Paleo toast, spread onto apple slices or stirred in a bowl of Paleo porridge. We also like to add it to smoothies, and our best way yet – added to tiger nut flour and coconut oil to make a gingery, Paleo crumble topping. ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: Roasted almonds (37%), toasted coconut flakes, roasted pumpkin seeds, dried apricots & ground spices (4%): [cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg & black pepper].
Spiced Chai raw chocolate and tiger nut bar from The Tiger Nut Company
This delicious raw chocolate bar is a mixture of exotic Indian spices, cacao from Peru and coconut blossom from Java. The tiger nut slices add probiotics, taste and all-round goodness. Made by hand in the Tiger Nut kitchen, with raw and organic ingredients, it’s chunky, fudgy and full of nutrients. As well as being gluten free and diary free it’s also vegan and free from refined sugar.
Habanero and lemongrass duck crackling from Wildings
Delicious duck crackling snacks created by chef Adam Wilding, use BRC accredited ducks sourced from the British Isles, perfect as snacks but can also be used in salads or in soupas an alternative to croutons. Adam also suggests using them as a base for a rich pâté. Light in texture, with a delicate lemongrass flavour and a satisfying chilli kick.
Pebbles Panty gingerbread mix
Perfect for making gingerbread men, or Paleo Gingerbread cookies, it can even be used as a base for a Paleo Christmas cake. Plus it’s easy to make, simply add melted coconut oil, coconut sugar and a bit of black strap molasses (or maple syrup), mix up, roll out, cut out or shape and bake. As well as being 100% Paleo they are gluten-free, grain free, nut free, and vegan, making it the perfect addition to our Paleo Winter Warmer gift box.
