An amazing grass-fed beef bone broth from the Paleo Broth Company. We use a LOT of this in the P&Co house – from our beef bourgeon to morning cuppas. And our favourite lunchtime recipe, squash soup.
Stephen from the Paleo Bone Broth Company was a chef for 35 years, he traveled all over the world cooking in some amazing places, but health issues made him look at his diet. Now he’s a Paleo convert. His broth is made with locally sourced 100% grass-fed Beef bones, which he then roasts and simmers in stainless steel pots for a minimum of 48 hours with fresh onions & a pinch of Himalayan pink crystal salt. The result? A deeply nourishing, rich and full flavoured broth. We like to add a little extra sprinkling of salt and drink it like that!
This practical one litre pouch fits in the fridge door making it easy to store we have also laid it flat in the fridge (the screw tops are super secure).
Important Storage Information:
Please keep your broth refrigerated & use within 5 days once defrosted. Frozen broth can be kept frozen up to 6 months, just remember always defrost your broth in the refrigerator.
