Chufa De Valencia are a special type of tiger nut named after the geographic origin (just like Champagne and Parma Ham) and protected and regulated by the Chufa de Valencia Regulatory Council. These are sourced direct from farms in Valencia to ensure authenticity and freshness. Different to the African tiger nuts, these are smaller, creamier and have a lighter colour and longer shape.
